Holiday bake sale template
Baked goods by category with counts, and the people at the table at drop-off and pickup.
2 lists · 9 rows · first come, first served
Who it's for
For whoever runs the bake sale. Baked goods by category with a count per row, so you get two dozen cookies and not nine pans of brownies, plus table shifts for selling and cleanup. Families claim a row from a phone, and the reminder reminds them to bake.

Asked at signup
- What are you baking?
Questions people ask
- How do I keep it nut-free?
- Say so in the description and add a note on each row. Rows carry notes like 'labeled, no nuts' right under the name.
- Can one family bring more than one thing?
- Yes. Rows are quantities: a family can claim three dozen of one row, or one of several. They pick the amount when they sign up.
- What does it cost?
- Nothing for one page. Pro is $9 a month or $79 a year for groups that run several pages a year.
