Teacher gift collection template
Chip in toward the class gift card, and claim the wrapping and the card.
2 lists · 6 rows · first come, first served
Who it's for
For the room parent or the PTA. Gift-card contributions as rows with a count, so you know what's in before you shop, plus who buys and wraps, who signs the card and who delivers. Names are hidden from the class by default; only you see who gave. Dated so the reminder lands before the last day of school.
What's on the page
Exactly what volunteers would see, before anyone signs up. Dates move forward so the example is always in the future.

Asked at signup
- How will you send your contribution?
Questions people ask
- Can people pay through the page?
- Not yet. The template asks how each family will send their share (cash to the office, Venmo, Zelle) so you can reconcile; collecting money on the page is on the roadmap.
- Do families see who gave what?
- No. Names are hidden on this template. The class sees how many rows are claimed, not by whom. You see everything on the dashboard.
- What does it cost?
- Nothing for one page. Pro is $9 a month or $79 a year for groups that run several pages a year.
