Who it's for
For the room parent. The supplies to bring, three activity stations and a setup-and-cleanup pair, on one link for the class. Families claim a plate of cookies or a station in ten seconds from the group text, a parent email is optional on every sign-up, and the reminder goes out the day before so the cupcakes actually arrive.
What's on the page

Asked at signup
- Student's name (required)
Questions people ask
- How do I handle allergies?
- Put the rule in the description at the top (nut-free, no homemade, store-bought with the label) and add a note on any row that needs one. Families see it before they claim.
- Can I ask for the student's name?
- The template already does. Every sign-up carries the student's name and the parent's email, so the teacher's list is ready without asking twice.
- Is it free for one classroom?
- Yes. Your first page is free, with every family on it. A PTA that runs pages for every classroom moves to Pro at $9 a month or $79 a year: unlimited pages and volunteers, co-organizers and no branding line.
