A one-day event with shifts, jobs and things to bring.
2 lists · 8 rows · first come, first served
Who it's for
For the person organizing a one-day event: a festival, a fair, a fundraiser, a cleanup. It has two kinds of lists. Shifts on the day, each with a head count and a time window, from setup crew through cleanup. And things to bring, with quantities, so you can see six tables needed, four promised, two to go. Volunteers pick a shift, a job, or bring something, or all three.
What's on the page
Exactly what volunteers would see, before anyone signs up. Dates move forward so the example is always in the future.

Questions people ask
- How do quantities work for items?
- Set how many you need on each row, like ten cases of water. A volunteer says how many they'll bring. The row shows brought versus needed and closes when it's covered.
- Can I put a flyer or a QR code on the sponsor tent?
- Every published page has a printable QR poster. Scanning it opens the signup page on a phone. No app, no account.
- What if the schedule changes the day before?
- Edit the page and email everyone who signed up from the dashboard. Their confirmation links keep working, and each person still gets a reminder the day before their shift.
