Holiday shop template
A cashier and helpers for every class visit all week, plus setup night and pack-up, for the PTA gift shop.
7 lists · 22 rows · first come, first served
Who it's for
For the PTA holiday shop chair. Setup night, then every school day of the shop with a morning and an afternoon block, each needing cashiers and helpers, then pack-up on Friday. One link in the newsletter covers the week; parents take the block that fits their morning and get a reminder the night before.
What's on the page
Exactly what volunteers would see, before anyone signs up. Dates move forward so the example is always in the future.

School library
The Holiday Shop runs in the library all week during class visit times. Cashiers run the register (we'll show you, it takes five minutes). Helpers walk kids through with their budget envelopes and wrap what they buy. Pick any block.

Asked at signup
- I've run the register before
Questions people ask
- Who handles cash?
- Add a 'Cash-box lead' row per day, or keep it to board members and leave it off the page. The template asks volunteers whether they've run a register before, so you can place them.
- Can teachers see the schedule?
- Share the link, or add the shop chair and the front office as co-organizers so they see who's coming each morning without an account for every parent.
- What does it cost a PTA?
- One live page is free. Pro is $9 a month or $79 a year: unlimited pages and volunteers, co-organizers, hours reports and no branding line. A treasurer can pay the year in one invoice.
