Who it's for
For churches that staff a room per age group every Sunday: babies, preschool, early elementary, upper elementary. Each Sunday has a row per room with the number of adults it needs. Volunteers say which Sundays and which rooms they could take, and you assign or auto-fill from there. Two adults per room stays visible on every row.
What's on the page
Exactly what volunteers would see, before anyone signs up. Dates move forward so the example is always in the future.

Asked at signup
- I have completed a background check
- Which age group do you prefer?
Questions people ask
- Can volunteers pick an age group?
- Yes. The template asks which age group they prefer at signup, and they can check specific rooms on specific Sundays. When you assign, the preference sits right next to their name.
- What if a room needs three adults some weeks and two on others?
- Every row has its own number. Change the count on the row that's different and leave the rest alone. Rows that aren't fully staffed show red on your side so you can see the gap.
- Do volunteers need an account?
- No. They open the link, check their Sundays and rooms, and enter an email. Confirmations, assignments and reminders all go to that address, with a link to change their answer.
