The service

JustSignup lets organizers build volunteer signup boards and lets volunteers sign up without an account. Building is free. Publishing a board so others can open its link requires a paid plan, billed monthly or yearly through Stripe and cancellable anytime. If a subscription ends, published boards return to private drafts; nothing is deleted.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for what you put on a board and for the people you email through it. Don't use JustSignup to send unsolicited messages, collect data you have no business collecting, or do anything unlawful. We rate-limit sending and will suspend accounts that abuse it.

Volunteers' data belongs to the organizer's relationship with them, not to us. Treat it accordingly.

Our responsibilities

We'll run the service with reasonable care, keep your data private as described in the privacy policy, and tell you if something goes wrong. The service is provided as is; we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, and we aren't liable for indirect losses. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last twelve months.

Changes and termination

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may change these terms with notice by email, and may suspend accounts that violate them.
