Who it's for
For the four Sundays of Advent: a reader, the candle-lighting family, greeters and hospitality each week. Families and volunteers tick the Sundays they could do; you assign, and everyone gets their week by email with a reminder. Names stay off the public page.
What's on the page
Exactly what volunteers would see, before anyone signs up. Dates move forward so the example is always in the future.

Sanctuary and fellowship hall
Four Sundays of Advent. Each week a family lights the wreath, a reader does the Advent reading, and a few people do coffee and treats after. Check every Sunday you could do. The schedule goes out by email the week before Advent, with a reminder the day before.

Questions people ask
- Can a family take the candle lighting as a unit?
- Yes. The candle row is one spot per Sunday; a family signs up once under one name.
- Can the same page carry January?
- Yes. Extend the schedule forward by weeks from the dashboard, and the volunteers already on it see the new Sundays.
- What does it cost?
- One live page is free. Pro is $9 a month or $79 a year for churches that run several rotations.
