Who it's for
For the parent volunteer coordinator on a school play or musical, and for the director who would rather not be one. It puts everything families can do on one link: snacks and rides for rehearsals, undated crew roles like costumes and set painting, and separate lists for each performance day. One signup, one confirmation, one place to see what's still uncovered.
What's on the page
Exactly what volunteers would see, before anyone signs up. Dates move forward so the example is always in the future.

Questions people ask
- Can a family sign up for several things at once?
- Yes. They check off a rehearsal snack, a set-painting slot and Friday concessions in one go, and get a single confirmation email listing all of it, with one link to change or cancel any part.
- Does it capture the student's name?
- The template asks for the student's name at signup and it's required by default. You can add more questions, like a phone number for drivers or a T-shirt size for crew.
- We have more rehearsals than this. Do I add them one at a time?
- Add one rehearsal the way you want it, then duplicate the list and change the date. Most productions end up with six to ten rehearsal lists and it takes a couple of minutes.
