Who it's for
For the volunteer coordinator at a church with several Christmas Eve services. Each service has its greeters, parking, nursery and candle teams. Volunteers tick every service they could serve at; you assign by hand or let auto-fill do it; everyone gets their schedule by email and a reminder the day before. Names stay off the public page.
What's on the page
Exactly what volunteers would see, before anyone signs up. Dates move forward so the example is always in the future.
When can you help?

Four services on Christmas Eve, and every one needs greeters, parking, nursery and people handing out candles. Check every service you could serve at. Assignments go out by email the week before, with a reminder the day before. Arrive 45 minutes before your service.

Asked at signup
- I have completed a background check
Questions people ask
- Why availability instead of first-come?
- Because the 5 pm service fills in an hour and the 11 pm never does. With availability, people say what they can do, and you spread them across services before anyone is confirmed.
- Can we require a background check for nursery?
- The template asks volunteers to tick 'I have completed a background check.' Assign nursery from the people who ticked it. Verification stays with your church's own process.
- What does it cost a church?
- One live page is free. Pro is $9 a month or $79 a year: unlimited pages and volunteers, assigning and auto-fill, rolling schedules, co-organizers and no branding line.
