The complaints that do show up are specific: the login, the time sliders, and reports that only show on a computer. JustSignup starts from the shift instead of the hour: volunteers claim a shift with a name and email, get checked in on the day, and the hours report writes itself. If your volunteers do hours you do not schedule, like a student logging service at three different places or a program that must verify every hour against a requirement, Track It Forward is the better fit and its app is well rated. If your hours come from shifts you post, JustSignup fills the shifts, reminds people, counts the hours and never asks a volunteer for a password.
