JustSignup vs Givebacks for PTA sign-ups
Givebacks, formerly MemberHub, is the membership, dues and store platform that many state PTAs provide to their units at no charge, with calendars, sign-ups and file sharing alongside. Outside those partnerships it lists Pro at $499 a year and Premium at $599, and payments carry a platform fee on top of Stripe's (Givebacks pricing, 2026). If your state gives you Givebacks, it costs nothing and you should use the parts that fit. JustSignup is the sign-up sheet for the moments a login gets in the way: the fall festival shifts, teacher appreciation week, the volunteers who aren't PTA members.

Keep Givebacks for memberships and the store if your state provides it. For volunteer sign-ups that non-members, grandparents and community helpers can use without an account, add a JustSignup page and put the link on your Givebacks calendar.
