One account, one bill
The school holds one admin account and pays once. Every teacher and staff member has their own account under it, with nothing billed to them.
Staff come from Google Workspace
A small script your admin installs reads your staff organizational unit each night: new hires are added, people who leave are removed. Students on the same domain stay out. Staff sign in with Google or an emailed link.
Templates every teacher copies
The office builds the parent-teacher conference page once and shares it as a school template. Each teacher clicks Make my copy and gets their own page with their own sign-ups.
Each teacher's pages are their own
Teachers don't see each other's pages. The admin sees the list of everyone's pages, with what's covered and what's still short.
Parents never make an account
A parent opens the link, picks a time or an item, and types a name and email. No password, no app, and no ads on the page.
A whole year on one link
Conferences, class parties, field trips, the book fair and the staff luncheon can sit on one page, each event with its own spots and its own reminders.

Tell us about your school below. We set up the school account with you, usually the same day.

Paste a list of addresses, import a CSV, or connect the nightly sync from your Google Workspace staff OU. The setup guide has the one script to paste.

Build one page, share it with the school, and every teacher can make their own copy from their dashboard.
Removing someone from the school never deletes their pages. They keep their account and their pages move to the free plan.
