If you already run a sign-up on SignUpGenius, you don't have to retype it.
Bring it over
- Open your sign-up on SignUpGenius and copy its link. It looks like
signupgenius.com/go/followed by letters and numbers. - Go to justsignup.io/import, paste the link and click Bring my sign-up over.
- The editor opens with your title, description, dates, times, shifts and counts filled in. Change anything you like.
- Click Save page, then Publish page when you're ready, and share the new link.
What comes over, and what doesn't
- Comes over: the title and description, every date and time, each shift or item with its note, and how many people it needs.
- Stays behind: the names and comments of people who already signed up. We don't copy anyone's details.
If people have already signed up on the old sheet, you have two choices: add them by hand from your page's dashboard, or keep the old link open for the dates that are already filling and use the new page from the next event on.
One page for the whole year
Each SignUpGenius sheet comes over as its own page. To put several events on one link, bring the first one over, then add the others as lists on the same page. See One page for all your events.
If the link doesn't work
The sign-up has to be public. A sheet that is private, expired or removed can't be read. In that case, copy the text of the sheet and paste it into the builder at the top of the New page screen, or send it to us and a person builds it for you.
