You can remove a page yourself at any time. Only the page's owner can delete it.
Delete a page
- Go to your dashboard and click the page.
- Click More near the top of the page's dashboard.
- Click Delete page at the bottom of the menu (in red).
- Confirm.
Deleting removes the page and every sign-up on it for good. The link stops working, and volunteers' own links to change their sign-up stop working too. It cannot be undone, and volunteers are not told.
Before you confirm, look at the page's dashboard: it shows how many people are signed up. If it shows 0 signed up, there is nothing to lose.
Archive it instead
If people have signed up and you want to keep the record of who came and their hours, choose Archive in the same More menu. The page goes offline and moves to the bottom of your dashboard, and every sign-up is kept.
Remove one event, not the whole page
To take a single event or shift off a page that holds several, use Edit instead. See Change a page after it's live.
