- What it is
- One web page with every volunteer job, shift and item for the year. Volunteers sign up from their phone with a name and email: no account, no app, no ads.
- What it replaces
- Google Forms and spreadsheets that get handed down every year, paper sheets, reply-all email chains, and SignUpGenius pages that show ads to our families.
- What it does for us
- Each spot closes when it's full. Volunteers get a confirmation, a reminder before their shift and a link to cancel, so the spot reopens instead of becoming a no-show. Check-in on the day, hours per volunteer for our records, and co-organizers so the whole board can run it.
- Cost
- Free for one page up to 30 volunteers. Pro, for every event we run all year: $79 a year (one payment) or $9 a month. No contract, no setup fee. Cancel anytime; we keep access until the paid period ends. Full refund within 14 days.
- Paying
- Card online in a minute. Every payment emails a receipt for reimbursement. Need an invoice, a W-9 or to pay by check? Write to support@justsignup.io.
- Next year's board
- The page and its history stay with the organization. Hand it to the next volunteer chair in one step; they sign in with their own address.
- Our families' data
- Names and emails are used only to run our sign-ups: confirmations, reminders and messages from us. Never sold, never used for advertising, no ads shown. Export or delete it anytime.
- Who runs it
- JustSignup, by Ozark Technology Consulting LLC, Fayetteville, Arkansas. Real people answer support@justsignup.io, usually the same day.
Motion: approve up to $ per year for JustSignup Pro, paid by the organization or reimbursed with the receipt.
